Our crawlers and sanitization engines filter out private consumer residential listings, personal mobile lines, and sensitive personal information.

2. Compliance with Global Data Regulations

Our processing is structured to meet:

• GDPR (EU/UK): Legitimate Commercial Interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for B2B commercial outreach, coupled with mandatory opt-out rights.
• DPDP Act 2023 (India): Section 3(c)(ii) exemption for data made publicly available by the principal or under statutory obligation.
• CAN-SPAM (US): Mandatory requirement for buyers to provide physical postal addresses and working unsubscribe mechanisms.

3. Ongoing Quality & Suppression

When an enterprise requests removal via our Opt-Out portal, their identifiers are added to an immutable suppression list that automatically purges them from all future catalog extractions and exports.
