When you create an account or complete a purchase on LeadAtlas, we collect your email address, full name, and billing details solely for transaction fulfillment, fraud prevention, and account access. We do not store raw credit card numbers or banking passwords.

2. Public Business Directory Data

Our marketplace catalogs publicly available enterprise contact details (business name, official business address, corporate telephone number, website, and commercial category). We do not collect or index private consumer health records, social security numbers, or voter registries.

3. Rights of Directory Principals (Opt-Out)

Any business representative has the absolute right to request suppression or deletion of their commercial listing from our search engine and future catalog exports via our Opt-Out Portal.
