Terms of Service & Commercial License

1. Commercial License Grant

Upon verified purchase and receipt of a download link, LeadAtlas grants the purchasing organization a non-exclusive, perpetual, single-organization license to utilize the business dataset for internal B2B sales outreach, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and CRM ingestion.

2. Prohibited Uses

Redistributing, syndicating, reselling, or making downloaded dataset files publicly available is strictly prohibited. Buyers agree not to use contact information for unlawful telemarketing, automated robo-calling, harassment, or predatory subprime financial solicitations.

3. Nature of Commercial Data

All datasets comprise publicly observable commercial directory listings. While LeadAtlas exercises rigorous data hygiene and deduplication pipelines, directories reflect public records at the date of validation.
